Also, insulin resistance causes an overload of the hormone insulin; this excessive amount can reduce an essential binding protein, SHBG or sex hormone binding globulin and stimulate testosterone production of the ovaries in huge quantities. Without this binding protein, the ovaries aren’t capable of releasing the monthly single egg because of the increase in testosterone that the ovaries produce; this then will cause you to become infertile.    

Insulin resistance and PCOS has a lot of factors to consider on why it is currently present in the body, this can be because of the way we live or the environment we live in. It can also be due to yoour genetic build up or simply because of a sudden change in lifestyle. With much time given, these unhealthy habits of yours can damage out body’s ability to properly function.
